We paid thousands of dollars to have a Honeywell system installed and we can’t even easily remotely access anything nor navigate the app to perform basic functions like searches. After hours we’ve been able to figure out what the unmarked symbols mean but still not the simple features like saving a portion of video to the actual phone or device or an easy way to playback. Akai's ak.sys for mac. My husband is a programmer and said this was horribly done. Ring system was not even close to this price and their app is so easy and reliable.
