I'm trying to capture the video at the following link: Not sure how it will come out on your end, but whenever I click on it, as it's supposed to do, it's a 26-minute video and it starts playing at about 21:33 in, at the segment of the program with the 'Families Giving Back' feature story. (sometimes I email these links to my Mom and she tells me that on her end, the video just starts at the beginning of the program -but I digress).
I click on the down arrow next to the download helper icon, and choose one of the download options, and if I simply pick 'Download' or 'Quick Download' The bigger download arrow lights blue for a split second, and when I click on it, it shows me a file that, if it plays, it's only a few seconds long, usually the first 5 or 6 seconds of the entire video. Other times, it seems to be 5 or 6 seconds starting from wherever the video was when I clicked download. If I choose 'Download and Convert', it gives me the choice of what to convert it to and where to save it, but then once I click OK, it gives me a message that says, 'JavaScript Application Conversion requires an external application that appears to be missing on your system. Configure conversion?'
I click OK and it takes me to a window with a button that says 'Configure Conversion' I click on that and it turns blue when I'm clicked on that, but other than that nothing happens. I have to press 'esc' to get out of that, and then it takes me back to the message that says my conversion requires an external application that appears to be missing on my system.
