Is there currently ANY solution that is able to integrate Outlook for Mac and Salesforce? We are a lending firm and we set up every loan as an Account in Salesforce, and our entire organization runs OS X. What we need is for every single email pertaining to a specific loan to be attached to the relevant Account in SF. Is something like this possible? We demoed MatchMyEmail, but that just made a huge mess. It uses the contact email address to figure out where the email should go. As soon as we have one person with multiple loans, emails are thrown EVERYWHERE.
We are currently on Professional, but we have absolutely no problem moving to Enterprise if that's what it takes to solve this issue. This is a Microsoft problem, not a Salesforce problem. There is no plugin framework/extension support for outlook 2011 on Mac. However, Office 2015 for Mac is rumored to be on the horizon, hopefully later this year.

At Dreamforce we announced support for the new Outlook/Exchange add-in model (Office 365 or Exchange 2013 on-premise). These new add-ins work on Outlook 2013 (Windows), Outlook Web App (browser) and on the OWA iPhone/iPad/Droid apps. When the new Outlook for Mac comes they will likely work there as well (big TBD).
