The Sync Module has a MAC Address printed on a label on the base of the unit. This MAC Address is not currently correct. You will need to disable MAC filtering on your router to connect your Sync Module.

After connecting, look at your router's list of connected devices to discover the Sync Modules connected MAC Address. Add this address and the printed address to your MAC filtering. The cameras also have a MAC Address, these are printed on the label that contains the serial in the battery compartment. The camera addresses should be added to your MAC Filtering as well.

I have a WD 1TB My Passport for Mac external USB drive that no longer mounts. All I get is a blinking light. There are no unusal noises coming from the drive.

I have ran Apple Disk Utlity but it cannot repair the drive. I have a new external USB drive. I need to get my design files copied off! I checked into a few data recovery services that quoted me $1000+ (they didn't have the actual drive, these were just quotes over email).
